Good afternoon MUSD Staff, 

In conjunction with MTA, MUSD is requesting that you complete the survey scheduled to be sent this afternoon to your district email regarding your instructional model preference. Please note, all responses are needed by Monday, July 20th, by 12:00 pm (noon).
